Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá lidmi s poruchou autistického spektra a jejich zařazení na pracovní trh. Práce má jen teoretickou část, která se zabývá jak informacemi o autismu, které jsou důležité pro to, abychom si uvědomili, o jaké skupině osob budeme v bakalářské práci hovořit. Tak o komunikačních a sociálních problémech osob s poruchou autistického spektra, které jim komplikují vstup na pracovní trh. A možná řešení těchto problémů formou sociální práce. Cílem mé práce je specifikovat aspekty sociální práce s lidmi s poruchou autistického spektra při jejich zařazení na pracovní trh. Dílčím cílem je popsat, jak jim můžeme prostřednictvím sociální práce pomoci a podporovat je a na co je připravit aby si mohli najít práci a udržet si ji.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with people with autism spectrum disorder and their inclusion in the labor market. The thesis has only a theoretical part, which deals with both information about autism, which is important for realizing what group of people we will talk about in this thesis. So about the communication and social problems of people with autism spectrum disorders that complicate their entry into the labor market. And possible solutions to these problems in the form of social work. The aim of my work is to specify the aspects of social work with people with autism spectrum disorder in their inclusion in the labor market. A partial goal is to describe how we can help and support them through social work and what to prepare them for so that they can find and keep a job.
