Předmětem bakalářské diplomové práce je souvislost a působení podnikového vzdělávání a podnikové kultury. V teoretické části je napřed představen pojem podnikové vzdělávání, jeho metody a formy. Main aim of this bachelor thesis is a relation and interaction of corporate education and corporate culture.
