Abstract:
Při identifikaci proteinů je příprava proteolytických vzorků velmi důležitým krokem. Pro účely proteomické analýzy se preferuje štěpení bílkovin pomocí enzymů, protože enzymatická hydrolýza zaručuje vysokou specifitu a reprodukovatelnost. The preparation of hydrolysed proteomic samples is a very important step for the identification of proteins. The enzymatic digestion of proteins is preferred for the proteomic analysis because of the high specificity and reproducibility of the enzymatic hydrolysis.
