Bakalářská práce na téma nepoctivé obchodní praktiky by měla vytvořit ucelený přehled o problematice právní úpravy nekalé soutěže, a stejně tak o prostředcích ochrany a obrany proti nekalému jednání v hospodářské soutěži vůči spotřebitelům.
