Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá právním postavením dítěte ve vztahu k registrovanému partnerství. V práci jsou popsány rozdíly v právním postavení dítěte podle toho, zda je počato přirozenou cestou, asistovanou reprodukcí, institutem náhradní matky, zda vyrůstá v náhradní rodinné péči či bylo osvojeno. The bachelor thesis deals with the legal status of the child in relation to the registered partnership. The thesis describes the differences in the legal status of the child according to whether it is conceived in a natural way, assisted reproduction, surrogacy, whether child grows up in foster care or has been adopted.
