Spatial distribution of structured optical beams of near wavelengths

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem prostorového rozložení strukturovaných svazků různých vlnových délek. Diskutuje vliv vlnové délky a další ovlivňující parametry pro místo vzniku svazku. Uvádí popis, který shrnuje dané parametry do jednoho vztahu, díky němuž je možno určit místo vzniku svazku za generátorem. Bylo navrženo optické uspořádání pro studium struktury svazků a postup pro vyhodnocování jejich vlastností a změn struktury v prostoru. Dále je věnována pozornost superpozici svazků blízkých vlnových délek a jejího vlivu na strukturu svazků. Naměřená data jsou porovnávána se simulacemi, jež byly provedeny v programu VirtualLab. Diskutuje se možnost využití získaných poznatků v absolutní interferometrii, pro kterou je uvedena metoda pro hrubé určení absolutní vzdálenosti za generátorem.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with study of spatial distribution of structured beams of different wavelengths. The Influence of wavelength and other parameters affecting the location of beam creation is discussed. It provides a description that summarizes the parameters into a single relationship, that determine the location of beam creation for arbitrary configuration of generator. An optical setup for studying the structured beams and a procedure for evaluating their properties and structural changes in space have been proposed. Further attention is paid to the superposition of beams of near wavelengths and its influence on the structure of beams. The measured data is compared with the simulations performed in VirtualLab. The possibility of using the acquired knowledge in absolute interferometry is discussed. The method for coarse determination of the absolute distance behind the generator is designed.
