The Dilemmas of Social Work of Social Workers of Department for the Social and Legal Protection of Children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dilematy sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a cílem práce je přehled dilemat, se kterými se sociální pracovníci setkávají ve své praxi. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj sociální práce v kontextu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Další kapitola se soustřeďuje přímo na orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, roli pracovníků, vzdělání, klíčové kompetence, osobnostní předpoklady, standardy kvality a etický kodex. Poslední kapitola pojednává o dilematech a jejich členění. Praktická část obsahuje přehled nejčastěji uváděných dilemat sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, které byly zjišťovány formou kvalitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with dilemmas of social and legal protection of children and the aim of the thesis is an overview of the dilemmas that social workers encounter in their practice. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the development of social work in the context of social and legal protection of children. The next chapter focuses directly on the institutions of social and legal protection of children, the role of workers, education, key competences, personality requirements, quality standards and the code of ethics. The last chapter deals with dilemmas and their distribution. The practical part contains an overview of the most frequently reported dilemmas of social workers of the child social protection authority, which were identified through qualitative research.
