Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou jedné, v současné době nejrozšířenější formy financování vlastního bydlení – hypotečním úvěrem. Nejdříve, v teoretické části, se věnuji definici, historii a principu hypotečního úvěrování, rovněž popisuji druhy hypotečních úvěrů, jeho průběh, výhody a nevýhody, poté vysvětluji roli státu v hypotečním úvěrování. This thesis deals with analysis of one of the most widespread form of funding the own housing – mortgage loan. First of all, in theoretic part I pay attention to definition, history, types and principals of mortgages as well I define its process, its pros and cons, then I explain state role in mortgage loans.
