The Brugada Syndrome in Prehospital Emergency Care

Abstract:

Úvod: Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Syndrom Brugadových v přednemocniční neodkladné péči". Tato práce pojednává o syndromu bratří Brugadů, o jeho vzniku, projevech, diagnostice a léčbě. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji anatomii srdce a jeho fyziologii, elektrokardiografii, přednemocniční péči a resuscitaci, poslední kapitola je věnována syndromu Brugadových. V části praktické se věnuji analýze dotazníků a jejich porovnáním se stanovenými předpoklady. Cíl práce: Cílem mé práce je zmapovat informovanost zdravotnických záchranářů o Brugada syndromu. V návaznosti na hlavní cíl byli stanoveny dílčí cíle práce, které se podařilo splnit. Metodika: Metodikou je kvantitativní výzkum provedený anonymním dotazníkem. Je sestaveno pět předpokladů. Výsledky: V kapitole "Výsledky výzkumu" jsem sepsala výsledky z 88 dotazníků, přehledně je prezentovala v tabulkách a grafech. Závěr: V závěru jsem vyhodnotila stanovené předpoklady.

Abstract:

Introduction: The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "Brugada syndrome in pre-hospital emergency care". This thesis discusses the Brugada brothers' syndrome, its origin, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I deal with the anatomy of the heart and its physiology, electrocardiography, pre-hospital care and resuscitation, the last chapter is devoted to the Brugada syndrome. In the practical part, I analyze the questionnaires and compare them with the established assumptions. The aim of the work: The aim of my work is to map the awareness of medical rescuers about Brugada syndrome. In connection with the main goal, sub-goals of the work were set, which were successfully met. Methodology: The methodology is quantitative research carried out by an anonymous questionnaire. Five assumptions are made. Results: In the chapter "Results of the research", I wrote down the results from 88 questionnaires and presented them clearly in tables and graphs. Conclusion: In the end, I evaluated the established assumptions.
