Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza fungování systému řízení ve vybraném podniku. Práce je také zaměřena na oblast hodnocení, motivace a odměňování. Cílem práce je zjistit případné nedostatky ve vedení a navrhnout řešení, které bude vycházet z výsledků zkoumání.
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis deals with a management system in a selected company. The work is also focused on assessment area, employees motivation and remuneration. The main objective is to find out the management system deficiencies, gaps and make proposals to its improvement based on a research.
