The purpose and potential of the tourist information centers
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zjištění kvality služeb poskytovaných turistickými informačními centry v České republice. Dále se zabývá využitím turistických informačních center obyvateli. Tím k čemu jsou nejvíce využívána a jak na ně pohlíží společnost.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is focused on determination analyse of the quality services which are provided by tourist information centers in the Czech Republic. Moreover, it was concerned with the use of the tourist information centers by inhabitants, for what purpose are TIC mostly used and how are they viewed by society.
