Analysis of the evaluation system and work performance in the selected company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivá klíčová slova související s problematikou bakalářské práce. Aplikační část je věnována vybrané společnosti ZVVZ GROUP, a.s. s cílem analyzovat současný systém hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu. Analýza probíhala prostřednictvím pěti metod, a to pomocí rozboru hodnotícího dokumentu, dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru, komparace dat a statistického testu. Výsledkem aplikační části je zjištění, že současný systém hodnocení pracovníků ve vybraném podniku není vhodně nastaven a z toho důvodu ho nelze považovat za efektivní. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že velká část respondentů je nespokojených se současným systémem hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků. Prostřednictvím celkového realizovaného výzkumu dochází k přesvědčení, že je potřeba současný systém inovovat. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou navržena pro vybraný podnik jednotlivá doporučení, proč je systém hodnocení pracovníků důležitý a jakým způsobem současný systém inovovat.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the system of evaluation of employees and work performance in a selected company. The theoretical part describes individual key terms related to the bachelor thesis. The practical part is dedicated to the selected company ZVVZ GROUP, a.s. in order to analyse the current system of staff appraisal and work performance. The analysis was carried out using five methods, namely: analysis of the documents used for staff appraisal, questionnaire survey, interview, data comparison and statistical test. The result of the practical section is that the current employee evaluation system in the selected company is not properly set up and therefore can not be considered effective. Through the questionnaire survey, it was found that a large proportion of respondents are dissatisfied with the current system of assessment and remuneration of workers. By completing this extensive research, it is believed that the current system needs to be upgraded. At the end of the bachelor thesis, individual recommendations for why the system of staff evaluation is important and how the current system could be innovated are designed for the selected company.
