Abstract:

Pra?ce si klade za ci?l popsat probaci a medici ve sta?tni? sfe?r?e a neziskove?m sektoru. Prvni? c?a?st pra?ce se zaby?va? probaci? a mediaci? z teoreticke?ho hlediska. Jsou zde pr?edstaveny ru?zne? pojeti? definice mediace. Da?le pra?ce struc?ne? shrnuje moz?nosti vyuz?iti? mediace a seznamuje s kli?c?ovou osobou kaz?de? mediace - media?torem. Je zde popsa?n i pru?be?h mediac?ni?ho r?i?zeni?. Za?ve?r kapitoly je ve?nova?n vy?voji mediace s na?sledny?m na?stinem situace vC?eske? republice. Na?sledne? se pra?ce zaby?va? vymezeni?m pojmu probace, podstatou probace a shrnuje jeji? hlavni? vy?hody. Za?ve?r prvni? c?a?sti pra?ce je ve?nova?n vy?voji probac?ni?ch sluz?eb v C?R. Druha? c?a?st pra?ce je zame?r?ena na konkre?tni? pr?i?klady instituci? a organizaci?, ktere? se probaci? a mediaci? zaby?vaji?. V ra?mci kapitol je pro ve?ts?i? pr?ehlednost odde?len sta?tni? sektor od neziskove?ho i pr?esto, z?e spolupra?ce sta?tni? sfe?ry s neziskovy?m sektorem probi?ha? v oblasti probace a mediace na u?rovni u?zke? spolupra?ce a podpory. V za?ve?ru se pra?ce ve?nuje celkove?mu zhodnoceni? situace.

Abstract:

This thesis carries main aim to describe probation and mediation in governmental sphere and non-profit sector. First part of this work is focused on mediation and probation from theoretical point of view. There are introduced various ways of defining mediation. This thesis also briefly summarizes possible usage of mediation and introduces key person of each mediation ? the mediator. There is also described progress of mediation procedure. The end of this part presents development of mediation and briefly looks into the future situation in Czech Republic. Furthermore this thesis delimitate concept of probation, its basics and summarizes its main benefits. This part is for better understanding divided in two sections where governmental sphere is separated from the non-profit one even that cooperation of government sphere with non-profit sphere runs within range of probation and mediation in very narrow way of cooperation and supporting. End of this thesis is dedicated to overall summarization of whole situation.
