Entrepreneurship in the Covid period

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podnikání v období covidu. V první části je teorie o podnikání a o pandemii COVID-19 jako takové. Též se zde nachází průběh pandemie ve světě, a i v České republice. Jsou tam vypsána nejdůležitější vládní opatření, které se zaměřovaly na provozování maloobchodů a které se týkají zaměstnavatelů a zaměstnanců. V druhé části je představena firma John Reed a následně její finanční analýza, která byla vypočítána díky analýze poměrových ukazatelů. Mimo analýzu v druhé části narazíme na dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na tréninkové preference v období covidu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on entrepreneurship in the period of covid. The first part is a theory about entrepreneurship and the COVID-19 pandemic as such. It also covers the course of the pandemic in the world and in the Czech Republic. It lists the most important government measures that targeted retail operations and that affected employers and employees. The second part introduces the John Reed company and then its financial analysis, which was calculated through ratio analysis. Outside the analysis in the second part we come across a questionnaire survey focusing on training preferences during the covide period.
