Abstract:

Cenové regulace na trhu s produktem „E-cigarety“ je v jednotlivých zemích vedena s cílem ochrany zdraví obyvatel. Legislativní regulace, zejména týkající se jednotkového množství produktu, což ovlivní cenu. Regulace chemických látek používaných v náplních. Je zřejmé, že existuje rozdílné vnímaní zdravotních účinků na uživatele produktu, a to jak z medicínského, tak i z pohledu spotřebitele. Proto se může lišit názor na potřebu zavedení regulace pro produkt. Cílem práce je nastínit dopady cenové a legislativní regulace v kontextu zavedení spotřební daně na elektronické cigarety a zjistit, jak by mohly elektronické cigarety figurovat v kontextu odvykání kouření. Jakým způsobem by mohly elektronické cigarety figurovat na trhu jako alternativa ke standardní léčbě odvykání kouření.

Abstract:

Price regulation on the market for the product "E-cigarettes" is carried out in individual countries with the aim of protecting the health of the population. Legislative regulation, especially regarding the unit quantity of the product, which will affect the price. Regulation of chemicals used in fillings. It is clear that there are different perceptions of the health effects on product users, both from a medical and a consumer perspective. Therefore, the opinion on the need to introduce regulation for the product may differ. The aim of the thesis is to outline the effects of price and legislative regulation in the context of the introduction of consumption tax on electronic cigarettes and to find out how electronic cigarettes could figure in the context of smoking cessation. In what way could electronic cigarettes figure in the market as an alternative to standard smoking cessation treatment?
