Práce je zaměřena na analýzu transformace státní organizace České dráhy. Transformace Českých drah byla podnícena neuspokojivým stavem železniční dopravy v ČR. The project is focused on analysing transformation of Czech Railways, state enterprise. Transformation of Czech Railways has been provoked by unsatisfactory operating state of railway transport in Czech Republic.
