Tato práce se zabývá motivací dětí skrze výchovné prostředky ve formě odměn a trestů na letních táborech z pohledu vedoucích a instruktorů. Teoretická část práce definuje zdroje motivace a především se zaměřuje na důležitost odměn a trestů jako prostředků motivace, popisuje jejich formy a zásady a zvažuje jejich rizika. This work deals with motivation of children through the educational tools in form of rewards and punishments at summer camps from the view of leaders and instructors.
