Diplomová práce „Sociální dialog“ popisuje pojem sociálního dialogu, vymezuje jej oproti jeho užší části, kterou je kolektivní vyjednávání. Za hlavní cíl si klade ověřit, že sociální dialog probíhá na formalizované i neformalizované úrovni. The presented diploma thesis “Social Dialogue” is focused on the topic of social dialogue, its description and on contrasting it against it narrower part which is collective bargaining. Its main goal is to verify that social dialogue is realized on both formalized and unformalized levels.
