Abstract:
Filmové profesní organizace mají v USA dlouholetou historii. Pomáhají svým členům ve vyjednávání se svými zaměstnavateli v otázkách mezd, pracovních výhod a podmínek. Jsou tak důležité, že stávkou svých členů dokážou zastavit výrobu filmů v Hollywoodu na několik měsíců. Film professional organizations have a long history in the US. They help their members negotiate with their employers on wages, benefits and working conditions. They are so important that a strike by their members can halt film production in Hollywood for months.
