Intra-party democracy in the Czech political parties

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se v první části věnuje teorii vnitrostranické demokracie. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétních českých politických stran a hnutí v kontextu s vnitrostranickou demokracií. Předmětem výzkumu jsou tyto strany a hnutí: ČSSD, ANO 2011, KSČM, TOP 09, ODS, KDU-ČSL a Úsvit přímé demokracie. V rámci vnitrostranické demokracie se tato práce zaměřuje pouze na problematiku členské základny, volbu předsedy a nominační proces. Poslední část práce porovnává data vzešlá z analýzy politických stran a hnutí, které byly předmětem výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is in the first chapter concerned with the theory of intra-party democracy. Second part is focused on the analysis of real Czech political parties and political movements in the context of intra-party democracy. The research subjects are these parties and political movements: ČSSD, ANO 2011, KSČM, TOP 09, ODS, KDU-ČSL and Úsvit přímé demokracie (Dawn of Direct Democracy). Within the intra-party democracy is this work concerned just with problems of membership, the party leadership selection and the candidate selection. The last part of this work compares the data emerged from analysis of political parties and movements, which were the research subjects.
