Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh doporučení pro managementy podniků, které zamýšlejí uplatnit principy svobodné firmy v praxi. Teoretické argumenty vychází z poznatků autorů napříč různými spektry, které dokazují ekonomickou, sociální a psychologickou efektivitu konkrétních nástrojů při řízení lidských zdrojů způsobem samoorganizace. Praktická část práce demonstruje principy aplikace nástrojů svobodných firem do běžného podnikového provozu. V závěru práce jsou formulovány doporučení a návrhy spojené se zavedením principů svobodné firmy do praxe.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to propose recommendations for management of companies that plan to apply the principles of a empowered company in practice. The theoretical arguments are based on the knowledge of the authors across various research area, which prove the economic, social and psychological effectiveness of particular instruments in the management of human resources in a manner of self-organization. The practical part of the thesis demonstrates the principles of application of tools of empowered company into common business operations. At the end of the work are formulated recommendations and proposals associated with the implementation of the principles of a empowered company in practice.
