Diplomová práce se zabývá age managementem na vybraných základních školách. V práci je popsán demografický vývoj, trh práce, specifika starších pracovníků, age management a pedagogická profese. The thesis deals with age management at selected elementary schools. It de-scribes demographic development, labour market, specifics of older workers, age management and pedagogical profession.
