Diplomová práca, ktorá sa zameriava na tému Cenová politika gastronomických podnikov v Prahe v rokoch 2018-2022 sa zameriava na hlavné udalosti, ktoré vo vytýčených rokoch nastali a sleduje, ako tieto udalosti ovplyvnili vývoj cenovej politiky jednotlivých podnikov.
