Possibilities of using SAM fertilizer for spring fertilization of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.)

Abstract:

Využití síry pro hnojení řepky ozimé je neustále diskutované téma. Úkolem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit využití hnojiva SAM pro jarní hnojení řepky ozimé. Cílem bylo prokázat, že hnojivo SAM dosahuje lepších výnosotvorných ukazatelů a výnosu než ostatní dusíkatá hnojiva a že pozitivně ovlivňuje kvalitativní ukazatele u řepky ozimé.Pokus byl založen na Výzkumné stanici FAPPZ v Červeném Újezdu (okres Praha západ) v letech 2016/17, 2017/18 a 2018/19. Využití hnojiva SAM bylo sledováno na odrůdě Marathon. Pokus se skládal z 8 variant ve 4 opakování s různým zastoupením dusíkatých hnojiv. Byla využita hnojiva LAD, DAM, SAM, DASA a Thiotrac. Celkem dávka dusíku činila 180 kg N/ha a byla rozdělena na 4 dílčí dávky pro jarní hnojení. V první dávce jsme hnojili 40 kg N/ha, ve druhé 50 kg N/ha, ve třetí 60 kg N/ha a při poslední 30 kg N/ha. Hodnocení bylo provedeno ve 3 termínech. Na jaře se sledovala délka kořene a lodyhy, hmotnost kořene a nadzemní biomasy, průměr kořenového krčku a sušina podzemní a nadzemní biomasy. V červnu jsme měřili výšku porostu a počítali větve. Při posklizňových rozborech byl hodnocen výnos, HTS a olejnatost.Hnojivo SAM ze statistického hlediska neovlivnilo žádný z ukazatelů, které byly v rámci této práce hodnoceny. Varianta s hnojivem SAM ve třetí dávce jarního hnojení dosáhla mírně vyššího výnosu (o 0,01 t/ha vůči kontrole) a zároveň nejvyšší olejnatosti (o 0,3 % oproti kontrole). Druhá varianta s hnojivem SAM ve třetí a čtvrté dávce jarního hnojení měla pouze o 0,03 t/ha horší výnos oproti kontrole, ale nejnižší olejnatost ze všech variant (43,2 %). Ekonomické zhodnocení ukázalo, že tyto varianty jsou téměř totožné s kontrolou, která byla hnojena pouze hnojivem LAD. V rámci všech hodnocení nejlépe dopadla varianta 2 s hnojivem DAM, které bylo aplikováno ve třetím a čtvrtém termínu jarního hnojení.Vědecké hypotézy:1)Hnojivo SAM dosahuje lepších výnosotvorných ukazatelů a výnosu u řepky ozimé než ostatní dusíkatá hnojiva.ČÁSTEČNĚ POTVRZENA2)Hnojivo SAM pozitivně ovlivňuje kvalitativní ukazatele u řepky ozimé.ČÁSTEČNĚ POTVRZENA

Abstract:

The use of sulfur for fertilisation of winter rape is a constantly and widely discussed topic. The task of this thesis is to evaluate the use of UAS fertiliser for spring fertilisation of winter rape. The aim was to demonstrate that UAS fertiliser achives better yield indicators and profits than other nitrogen fertilisers and that it positively affects qualitative indicators for winter rape.The experiment was based on the FAPPZ Research Station in Červený Újezd (Prague West District) in 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19. The use of UAS fertiliser was monitored on the Marathon variety of winter rape. The experiment consisted of 8 variants in 4 repetitions with different representation of nitrogen fertilisers. CAN, UAN, UAS, ASN and Thiotrac fertilisers were used. The total nitrogen dose was 180 kg N/ha and was divided into 4 partial doses for spring fertilisation. In the first dose we fertilised 40 kg N/ha, in the second 50 kg N/ha, in the third 60 kg N/ha and at the last 30 kg N/ha. The evaluation was carried out in 3 terms. In the spring, the length of the root and stems, the weight of the root and above-ground biomass, the diameter of the root neck and the dry matter of the underground and above-ground biomass were monitored. In June, we measured the height of the plants and counted the branches. In post-harves analyses, yield, HTS and oiliness were evaluated.From a statistical point of view, UAS feriliser did not affect any of the indicators that were evaluated in this work. The UAS fertiliser variant in the third dose of spring fertilisation achieved slightly higher yield (by 0,01 t/ha vis-á-vis the control) and at the same time the highest oiliness (by 0,3 % compared to control). The second UAS fertiliser option in the third and fourth doses of spring fertilisation had only a 0,03 t/ha worse yield than control, but the lowest oiliness of all variants (43,2 %). Economic evaluation has shown that these variants are almost identical to the control that was fertilised only by CAN fertiliser. In all evaluations, option 2 with UAN fertiliser, which was applied in the third and fourth term of spring fertilization, performer the best. Scientific hypothesis:1)UAS fertiliser achieves better yields and profits for winter rape than other nitrogen fertilisers.PARTIALLY CONFIRMED2)UAS fertiliser positively affects qualitative indicators for winter rape.PARTIALLY CONFIRMED
