Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám vlivem kartelových dohod na soutěžní právo evropské unie. Zejména na definici toho, co je kartelovou dohodou, jednotlivými typa kartelového jendnání, výjimek ze zákazu kartelu a důsledků plynoucích z porušení kartelového zákazu.
Abstract:
IN my work i focused on influence of cartel agreements on european competition law. Mainly on definition of cartel agreements, basic types of cartels, exemptions of cartel prohibition and especially consequences of cartel agreements.
