Diagnosis of Organizational Culture in a chosen Organization
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na diagnostiku organizační kultury společnosti ČSOB, a.s. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů týkajících se organizační kultury, typologií organizační kultury,její silou a metodami používanými k její diagnostice. Praktická část na základě zvolené metodologie analyzuje a hodnotí organizační kulturu vybrané společnosti.
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis deals with diagnosis of ČSOB, a.s. organizational culture. The theoretical part explains various terms of organizational culture, typologies of organizational culture and methods used to diagnose organizational culture. Based on chosen methodology the practical part analyses and evaluates organizational culture of this company.
