Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou studie proveditelnosti posuzující vhodnost vývoje CRM systému na míru konkrétnímu zadavateli projektu. Cílem bylo popsat teoretická východiska týkající se tohoto tématu, popsat zadavatele projektu včetně současného CRM řešení a na základě těchto informací vytvořit studii proveditelnosti, díky níž bylo možné vyhodnotit a navrhnout nejlepší řešení.

This thesis deals with the creation of a feasibility study assessing the suitability of CRM system development tailored to a specific project sponsor.
