Physical fitness in children 2nd grade elementary school

Abstract:

Tématem této práce je "Tělesná zdatnost u dětí 2.stupně základní školy". Primárním cílem této práce bylo zjistit aktuální stav tělesné zdatnosti na zvolené základní škole a porovnat ho s normou UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) sestavenou Měkotou, Kovářem et al., 1995. Následně tyto výsledky analyzovat a dále porovnat s výsledky z roku 2009. Pro zjištění tělesné zdatnosti byly využity motorické testy, které byly doplněno somatickým měřením tělesné hmotnosti a tělesné výšky. Somatické měření v této práci slouží pouze k orientaci. Z motorických testů, které nabízí testová baterie UNIFITTEST (6-60) byly vybrány testy skok daleký z místa, leh-sed a člunkový běh. Tyto testy byly doplněny motorickým testem skoky přes švihadlo. Testovaný soubor dětí v této práci tvořily děti 6. ročníku ZŠ-Trávníky. Výzkumný soubor obsahoval chlapce i dívky ve věkovém rozmezí 11 až 13 let. Z celkových výsledků motorických testů bylo zjištěno, že větší procento provedených testových měření dopadlo výsledkem - výrazně podprůměrný nebo podprůměrný, než tomu bylo v případě výsledků nad úrovní průměrnosti. Při porovnání výsledků z roku 2009 a 2018 bylo vyhodnoceno, že testovaný soubor v roce 2018 dosáhl globálně lepších výsledků, než soubor testovaný v roce 2009.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is "Physical health of children of second grade of the elementary school". The primary goal of this thesis was to determine the current state of physical fitness at the chosen elementary school and to compare it with the UNIFITTEST standard (6-60) compiled by Měkota, Kovář et al., 1995. Then analyze these results and compare them with the results from 2009. To determine physical fitness motoric tests were used which were accompanied by somatic measurements of body weight and body height. Somatic measurements in this work serve only for orientation. The motoric tests offered by the UNIFITTEST (6-60) test system the following were tested: standing long jump, crunches and shuttle run. These tests were complemented by a jump rope motoric test. The tested set of children in this work were children of the 6th year of ZŠ-Trávníky. The research file included boys and girls aged 11 to 13 years. From the overall results of the motoric tests, it was found that a higher percentage of the test measurements resulted significantly below or below average than results above average. When comparing the results from 2009 and 2018, it was assessed that the test set in 2018 achieved better overall results than the file tested in 2009.
