The users of personal assistance services in Pardubice- The procedural Standards of quality of social services from the users point of view.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uživateli sociální služby osobní asistence v Pardubicích. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jak sami uživatelé služby osobní asistence vnímají zavedení standardů kvality sociálních služeb do praxe a zda je služba osobní asistence z jejich pohledu službou kvalitní. V teoretické části mé práce se nejdříve zabývám sociálními službami a způsobu jejich financování včetně příspěvku na péči. Pozornost následně věnuji samotné službě osobní asistence, osobním asistentům a jejich vztahu k uživatelům a představím také současné poskytovatele této služby v Pardubicích. Navazujícím tématem jsou sami uživatelé této sociální služby a jejich práva v rámci systému sociálních služeb. Závěr teoretické části věnuji bližšímu seznámení se standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Pro svůj výzkum jsem zvolila kvalitativní metodologii. Data jsem získala prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s uživateli služby osobní asistence. Výzkum vede k závěru, že uživatelé vnímají poskytovanou službu jako kvalitní.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the users of social services, personal assistance in Pardubice. Its aim is to see how users themselves perceive the personal assistance service introduction of quality standards into practice and whether the service is personal assistance from their perspective, service quality. In the theoretical part of my thesis to first deal with the social services and how to fund, including contributions to care. Then devote attention to the service itself personal assistance, personal assistants and their relation to users, and introduce the current providers of this service in Pardubice. Downstream issues are themselves users of social services and their rights under the social services system. Conclusion The theoretical part is devoted to closer acquaintance with the standards of quality social services. For my research I chose a qualitative methodology. Data have been gathered through interviews with users of personal assistance services. Research leads to the conclusion that users perceive the service provided as good.
