The Project Of Electronization Of Document Flow In A Small Company
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá dokumenty v malých firmách, jejich popisem, metadaty dokumentů a vyhledáváním dokumentů. Dále pak popisuje typické problémy se správou dokumentů a jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu firemního obsahu, s cílem provést analýzu dokumentů a jejich pohyb v malé firmě, identifikovat požadavky na jejich správu a navrhnout vhodné technické řešení.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the documents in small companies, their description, metadata of documents and retrieving documents.
