Rehabilitation after surgery vertebral disease

Abstract:

V této práci se zaměřuji na rehabilitaci po operaci výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky v bederní oblasti. Jde o jedno z nejčastějších vertebrogenních onemocnění, které se často musí řešit operativně. Zaměřila jsem se nejen na rehabilitaci, ale také na pochopení ostatních záležitostí souvisejících s daným tématem. V úvodu práce popisuji teoretické poznatky spojené s anatomií obratlů a popisem různých druhů vertebrogenních onemocnění. Zabývám se také možnými příčinami, diagnostikou, léčbou a pooperačními komplikacemi u těchto onemocnění. Ve Speciální části se zabývám obecnými možnostmi rehabilitace a způsoby vyšetření. Pro zajímavost uvádím také výsledky některých studií souvisejících s hodnocením vlivu intenzity rehabilitace na rychlost a kvalitu rekonvalescence. Následuje část Kazuistika, ve které popisuji konkrétní práci s pacientem. V této části se dále zabývám stanovením krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu. V závěru hodnotím přínos celé práce nejen pro mě, ale také pro pacienta.

Abstract:

This work is focused on rehabilitation after surgery of herniated lumbar disc. It is one of the common vertebral disease, what is often solved by the way of surgary. It is focused not only on rehabilitation, but in addition on understanding of other matters related to this topic. At beginning of the work I describe theoretical background of vertebra?s anatomy and different kinds of vertebral diseases. I focuse myself on possible reasons, diagnostics, therapy and after-surgery complications for these diseases. In Special section I describe common rehabilitation possibilities and kinds of examination. Just as a matter of interest I summarize results of few studies focused on impact of rehabilitation intensity to speed and quality of return back to standard life. In next section named Case history I describe real work with patient. In this part I define short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. At the end of the study I evaluate benefits of the work for me, but for patient too.
