Principles of Good Administration (Governance) in European Context

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Principy dobré správy v Evropském kontextu“ je implementace principů dobré správy v moderních evropských státech. První část je věnována základním pojmům týkajících se správní problematiky na evropské úrovni. V další části je uveden pojem Evropského správního prostoru. Pozornost je věnována především jeho vývoji a současnému stavu. Dále jsou zmíněny některé významné dokumenty zabývající se tématem a principy v nich obsažené. Nakonec je na příkladu České republiky ukázáno začlenění principů do správního řádu a zhodnoceno jejich dodržování. Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku principů a tím pomoci pochopit jejich význam.

Abstract:

The subject of thesis "Principles of good governance in the European context" is the implementation of the principles of good governance in the modern European states. The first part is devoted to basic concepts relating to administrative issues at European level. The next section provides a notion of European administrative space. Attention is paid to its development and current situation. Next, several important documents in the field are mentioned as well as the principles contained in them. Finally, an example of the Czech Republic demonstrates the integration of the principles into the administration system along with the assession of their compliance. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the issues of the principles and by that to help to understand their meaning.
