COMMUNITY PLANNING OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE HLUCIN REGION

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními službami určenými seniorům v regionu Hlučínsko. Cílem práce je zmapovat využití a potřebnost sociálních služeb pro seniory a zjistit, o jaký druh sociálních služeb určených seniorům je v regionu největší zájem, zda současné pokrytí sociálními službami je vyhovující a dostačující, které sociální služby by se měly podpořit či rozšířit, nebo které v regionu úplně chybí. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popisována metoda, procesy a přínosy komunitního plánování sociálních služeb,zpracována sociodemografická analýza a jsou charakterizováni poskytovatelé sociálních služeb pro seniory v regionu Hlučínsko. V empirické části práce je dotazníkovým šetřením mezi seniory zjišťována informovanost o sociálních službách, potřebnost sociálních služeb a jaké formě péče a sociálním službám v regionu dávají senioři přednost. Získané výstupy z dotazníkového šetření jsou popsány a zobrazeny v jednotlivých tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on social services for seniors in the region Hlucin. The target is to describe uses and needs of social services for seniors and find out which kind of social services for seniors in the region are the most attractive, if current offer of social services is suitable and sufficient, and which kind of social services should more supported or expanded, or doesn?t exist at all. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the methods, processes and benefits of community planning of social services. There was proceed socio-demographic analysis and rating of social service providers for seniors in the region Hlučínsko. In the empirical part of the thesis it is used a survey methods, to analyze awareness and necessity of social services, what form and which kind of social services in the region are prefered by seniors and which kind of social servises are most interested for senior. Result of the survey are described and shown in the tables and graphs.
