Intervention mechanisms at Primary School solving problems of cyberbullying.

Abstract:

V diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na možnosti, které mohou základní školy využít při prevenci, diagnostice a intervenci kyberšikany. V praktické části jsem analyzovala připravenost škol předcházet a řešit zneužití ICT jejich žáky. Výzkum probíhal v české a ve slovenské škole. Při výzkumu byla použita metoda triangulace. V obsahové analýze dokumentů byly získány informace ze Školních řádů a Minimálních preventivních programů zkoumaných škol. Formou dotazování byla zmapována znalost problematiky kyberšikany pedagogy obou škol. Pomocí interview se školními metodiky prevence jsem se soustředila na konkrétní případy kyberšikany a způsoby jejich řešení. Součástí cíle jsou i návrhy řešení rozdílných intervenčních mechanizmů v prostředí základních škol.

Abstract:

In my thesis I focused on possibilities, which can be used for prevention, diagnosis and intervention on cyberbullying in primary schools. In the practical part I analysed the readiness of schools to prevent and solve misuse of ICT by their students. The research was carried out in two primary schools: ZŠ Jablunkov and ZŠ M. R. Štefánika in Čadca. For the survey I exploited the method of triangulation. For analysis of the subject matter I extracted information from the School Rules and Minimum Prevention Programmes of the schools mentioned above. I mapped teachers? awareness and knowledge of problems concerning cyberbullying through a questionnaire. By means of interviewing school prevention officers I dealt with actual cases of bullying and the ways of their solution. Some suggestions concerning the settlement of different intervention movements within primary schools are included in the aim of my work.
