Anotace Bakalářská popisuje institut „Místní referendum v české komunální praxi“. Práce je tématicky rozdělena. První tři kapitoly jsou zaměřené na teoretická hlediska a poslední se soustředí na praktické hledisko. Annotation The concern of my bachelor thesis is the Institute " Local referendum in the Czech municipal experience. The work is divided thematically. The first three chapters are focused on theoretical aspects and the last one focus on the practical aspect.
