Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich preference v sektoru dopravy

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaká je struktura zaměstnaneckých benefitů v sektoru dopravy, a jaké jsou preference jednotlivých zaměstnaneckých benefitů v závislosti na generaci zaměstnanců v sektoru dopravy. Diplomová práce se opírá o literární rešerši sestavenou pomocí odborných studií, které popisují rozdílné vnímání motivací v pracovním prostředí, zaměstnanecké benefity s odlišnými charakteristickými znaky zúčastněných vzorků a uspokojení všech zaměstnanců s podporou věkové rozmanitosti. Druhá část diplomové práce využívá metody dotazníkového šetření pro sběr dat, ze kterých je měřena statistická metoda Analýza rozptylu, která ověřila, zda existují významné statistické odlišnosti u generace X, Y a Z a jednotlivých preferovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Struktura zaměstnaneckých benefitů je široká a pestrá, ale má charakter nízké finanční hodnoty a některé benefity jsou nabízené, ale nedostupné. U 13. platu a nadstandartní zdravotnické péče ze zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vztahu s generací X, Y, Z jsou zjištěné významné odlišnosti. Omezení výzkumu se nachází u statického měření kvůli malému vzorku respondentů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to find out what the structure of employee benefits in the transport sector is, and what are the preferences of individual employee benefits depending on the generation of employees in the transport sector. The diploma thesis is based on a literature search compiled with the help of professional studies that describe different perceptions of motivations in the work environment, employee benefits with different characteristics of the participating samples and the satisfaction of all employees with the support of age diversity. The second part of the diploma thesis uses questionnaire survey methods for data collection, from which the statistical method Analysis of variance is measured, which verified whether there are significant statistical differences among generations X, Y and Z and individual preferred employee benefits. The structure of employee benefits is wide and varied, but has a character of low financial value and some benefits are offered but unavailable. Significant differences are found in the 13th salary and above-standard health care from employee benefits in relation to generations X, Y, Z. A limitation of the research is found in the static measurement due to the small sample of respondents.
