Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je řízení lidských zdrojů a s tím spojené personální činnosti, jako jsou motivování a odměňování, a na tyto činnosti navázané zaměstnanecké benefity. Všechny tyto tři činnosti mají v zodpovědnosti především pracovníci personálního útvaru – personalisté společně s liniovými manažery, kteří motivují pracovníky k vyšším pracovním výkonům. Dalším nástrojem pro motivaci, udržení a případně získání nových motivovaných pracovníků jsou zaměstnanecké benefity, které společně se mzdou a možností firemního vzdělávání vytváří celkovou odměnu zaměstnancům za práci v podniku. V závěru teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány hlavní teoretická východiska benefitů, jako je jejich členění, druhy poskytování a výhody pro zaměstnance či zaměstnavatele. Teoretická část vychází z odborných publikací. Praktická část je tvořena popisem společnosti A, ve kterém byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na motivaci, odměňování a spokojenost se zaměstnaneckými benefity, se zaměřením na nově zavedenou službu poskytování benefitů – cafeteria systém. Kvantitativní výzkum má za cíl zjistit, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni právě s nově zavedeným systémem benefitů. V závěru praktické části jsou získaná data zpracována a okomentována s následným doporučením pro personální útvar společnosti A, který se benefity zabývá.

Abstract:

The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is the human resource management and its related personnel activities, such as motivation and remuneration, and employee benefits related to these activities. All these activities are primarily the responsibility of employees of the personnel department - human resources specialists together with line managers, who motivate employees to higher work performance. Another tool for motivating, retaining and possibly acquiring new motivated employees are employee benefits, which together with the salary and the possibility of corporate training create a total reward for employees for work in the company. At the end of the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, the main theoretical basis of benefits are described, such as their classification, types of provision and benefits for employees or employers. The theoretical part is based on professional publications. The practical part consists of a description of company A, in which a quantitative research focused on motivation, remuneration and satisfaction with employee benefits was performed, with a focus on the newly introduced benefit service - cafeteria system. Quantitative research aims to find out how satisfied employees are with the newly introduced benefits system. At the end of the practical part, the obtained data are processed and commented with a subsequent recommendation for the personnel department of company A, which deals with the benefits.
