Abstract:
Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je řízení lidských zdrojů a s tím spojené personální činnosti, jako jsou motivování a odměňování, a na tyto činnosti navázané zaměstnanecké benefity. Všechny tyto tři činnosti mají v zodpovědnosti především pracovníci personálního útvaru – personalisté společně s liniovými manažery, kteří motivují pracovníky k vyšším pracovním výkonům.
