Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou objasněny základní pojmy, jako jsou formy domácího násilí, ohrožené osoby, násilné osoby a právní regulace České republiky, která se zabývá touto problematikou. My Bachelor Thesis deals with problematics of domestic violence. The Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes basic terms such as forms of domestic violence, endangered persons, violent persons, and legal regulations used in the Czech Republic.
