S využitím PIN1-GFP jako rychlého proteinového přenašeče jsme identifikovali kandidátní mutanty vykazující defekty v subcelulárním transportu. Tito kandidátní mutanti byli vyselektováni pod epifluorescenčním mikroskopem, protože vykazovali agregace PIN1-GFP v buňkách cévní soustavy kořenů. Abstract:
Utilizing the PIN1-GFP as a fast cycling protein cargo we have identified candidate mutants showing defects in subcellular trafficking. Those candidate hits were picked up in epi-fluorescence screen as they were showing PIN1-GFP aggregations in the cells of root vasculature.
