Diplomová práca sa zameriava na všeobecné aspekty prevádzania podielu v spoločnostiach s ručením obmedzeným s dôrazom na zmluvu o prevode podielu. Prvá kapitola rozoberá všeobecnú charakteristiku podielu a vplyv spoločenskej zmluvy na jeho prevod.
