Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení kosmetického salonu. Práce začíná teorii a definici podnikatelského plánu. V první části mé práce popisují význam a zásady při tvorbě podnikatelského plánu, jeho strukturu a hodnocení. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou trhu kosmetických služeb, která zahrnuje studium konkurence, identifikaci cílového trhu a trendů v odvětví kosmetologie. Následuje podrobný popis nabízených služeb, včetně kosmetických procedur, produktů a cenové politiky. Finanční analýza zahrnuje plánované náklady, příjmy a odhady zisku. Tato práce poskytuje komplexní přehled o procesu zakládání kosmetického salonu a může sloužit jako praktický návod pro budoucí podnikatele v oboru krásy.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on creating a business plan for setting up a beauty salon. The thesis begins with the theory and definition of a business plan. The first part of my thesis describes the importance and principles of creating a business plan, structure, and evaluation. The second part deals with the market analysis of cosmetic services, which includes studying the competition and identifying the target market and trends in the cosmetology industry. This is followed by a detailed description of the services offered, including beauty treatments, products, and pricing policies. The financial analysis includes projected costs, revenues, and profit estimates. This thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the process of establishing a beauty salon and can serve as a practical guide for future entrepreneurs in the beauty industry.
