Diplomová práce se zabývá jaderným histonem H2AX a jeho využitím v oblasti zpětného odhadu absorbované dávky ionizujícího záření (biodozimetrie). V rámci teoretické části jsou vysvětleny biologické účinky interakce ionizujícího záření s živou tkání a aktuálně využívané biodozimetrické přístupy. The thesis deals with the nuclear histone H2AX and its application in the field of ionizing radiation absorbed dose estimation (biodosimetry). The theoretical part explains the biological effects of the interaction of ionizing radiation with living tissue and the currently used biodosimetric approaches.
