Diplomová práce se zabývá mezinárodním standardem účetnictví pro malé a střední podniky. Teoretická část je věnována vzniku a vývoji IAS/IFRS, Koncepčnímu rámci a mezinárodní harmonizaci účetnictví. Dále se věnuje vzniku standardu IFRS pro MSP a legislativní úpravě účetnictví v ČR.
