Obsahem práce je tvorba modelu vybrané části obsluhy klientů na pobočce banky, simulace chování tohoto systému a následná optimalizace za použití ekonomických kritérií. This thesis creates a model of a selected segment of customer services in a bank, simulation of this system’s behaviour and thereinafter optimization by the means of economic criteria.
