Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo porovnání patogenů z dolních cest dýchacích u pacientů s pneumonií hospitalizovaných a z komunity. V mé práci jsem se zabývala především průkazem (kultivací, mikroskopií)bakterií, které jsem získala ze vzorku sputa. Sledovala jsem rozdílnost v osídlení bakteriemi u pacientů z komunity a hospitalizovaných. Moje práce mě přivedla k závěru, že variabilita u těchto typů pacientů …more
Abstract:
Aim of baccalaureate work was comparison pathogens from lower ways breathing in patients with pneumonia hospitalized and with patients from community. In my work I am deal with above all cartificate (cultivation, microscopy) bacteria that the am got from sample sputum.
