Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu resocializačního působení v penitenciární a postpenitenciární péči. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakou mají zkušenost osoby, které byly ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, s resocializačním působením v penitenciární a postpenitenciární péčí. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů nutných k orientaci ve vězeňském prostředí. Dále je popsána penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče v České republice. V empirické části je použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie v podobě rozhovorů s osobami, které byly ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a zároveň využily služeb postpenitenciární péče. Výsledem rozhovorů je zjištění, jakou mají trestané osoby zkušenost s resocializačním působením v penitenciární a postpenitenciární péči a v čem vidí jeho přínos či nedostatky.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the topic of resocialization in penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to investigate the experiences with resocialization in penitentiaty and post-penitentiary care of the people who have been serving a prison sentence. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic concepts necessary for orientation in the prison environment. Further it describes the penitentiary and post-penitentiary care in Czech Republic. The empirical part uses a quality research strategy in the form of interviews with people who were in the execution of imprisonment and at the same time they used be sevices of postpenitentiary care. The interviews result in the investigation of what experiences the people have with resocialization in penitentiary and post-penitentiary care and what benefits and also the weaktnesses of the care they see.
