Abstract:

Podniky se v posledních letech potýkají s neustálými změnami v podnikatelském prostředí, které pro firmy vytváří určitou nestabilitu. Z toho důvodu je cílem práce zhodnotit strategii organizace a postavení na trhu, její fungování během pandemické situace, a stanovení hrozeb a příležitostí vzniklé z této situace. Navíc ještě stanovit doporučení pro firmu do budoucna a jak dále navigovat její růst. Naplněním cíle bude dosaženo provedením celkové strategické analýzy prostřednictvím dílčích analýz. Realizací zmíněných analýz došlo k několika zjištěním, na jejichž základě byla vytvořena doporučení pro firmu. V případě naplnění těchto doporučení si firma bude schopna udržet své místo na trhu a poradit si s nestálými podmínkami pro podnikání. Firma se tímto způsobem také přiblíží k naplnění své vize, a to být vedoucí společností v oblasti lihovin ve střední a východní Evropě.

Abstract:

In recent years, companies have been facing constant changes in the business environment, which creates some instability for them. Therefore, the aim of the work is to evaluate the organization's strategy and market position, its functioning during a pandemic situation, and to identify threats and opportunities arising from this situation. In addition, set recommendations for the company in the future and how to further navigate its growth. The fulfillment of the goal will be achieved by performing an overall strategic analysis through different methods. The implementation of the mentioned methods resulted in several findings, on the basis of which were made recommendations for the company. If these recommendations are met, the company will be able to maintain its place in the market and cope with volatile business conditions. In this way, the company will also come closer to fulfilling its vision of being the leading company in the field of spirits in Central and Eastern Europe.
