Tato práce se zabývá problematikou právních předpisů samosprávy, zvláště obecně závazných vyhlášek obcí. Hlavní otázkou, na kterou má práce odpovědět je, zda-li obce mohou dnes úspěšně vydat obecně závaznou vyhlášku o ochraně nočního klidu a zda lze z důvodu ochrany nočního klidu omezit podnikatelské a nepodnikatelské činnosti v obci. This work deals with the laws of goverment, especially the generally binding decrees of municipalities. The main questions to which the work has to answer is, whether the municipality can now succesfully issue a generally binding decree on the protection of silent hours, and if it is possible to restrict business and non- business activities due to the protection of silent hours.
