Scénograf Emil Pirchan Emil Pirchan (27. 5. 1884 Brno – 20. 12. 1957 Vídeň) patřil k významným scénografům první poloviny 20. století. Působil ve Státním divadle v Mnichově (1918 – 1920), ve Státním divadle v Berlíně (1919 – 1933), v německém divadle v Praze (1932 – 1936) a v Burgtheateru ve Vídni (1936 – 1948). Emil Pirchan - the theatre set designer Emil Pirchan (27.5. 1884 Brno – 20.12. 1957 Vienna) is one of the most important theatre set designers of the 1st half of the 20th century. He worked in the State Theatre in Munich (1918 – 1920), State Theatre in Berlin (1919 – 1933), German Theatre in Prague (1932 – 1936) and in Vienna Burgtheatre (1936 – 1948).
